As promised, I’m getting through my collection of leggings and we are still going strong with our daily workouts, haven’t skipped a day, but we do have an active rest day/week.

I started a GoogleSpreadsheet where I keep track of the training and can plan next sessions accordingly and get good coverage. #discipline #planning #superPowers

The morning sessions on the weekend have become longer, as a weekend treat, and they are starting at 8:30am (instead of 7:30am), again, as a weekend treat.

I started to notice improvements in both strength and flexibility, as well as stamina during the cardio sessions.

What things give you that feeling of …

The more you do it, the more you want to do it?

For me, that happens with these morning and evening training sessions.  I just want to spend more and more time with it, exploring more and more moves and areas of my body. … but have to stop and pace myself among all the other details of life. ?

Other things that give me the feeling of “more, more, more” are …

  • foam rolling
  • cold water face washing

Both of these have a shocking/painful start, but after you relax into it, it starts getting better and, not necessarily enjoyable, but just good goodness. ?

Does anyone else also have the feeling that they can’t sleep in during the weekend? Like if they do, they are missing out on the day, they’ve wasted time.

I do sometimes wake up late if I have accumulated too much tiredness. And I feel ok about it in those situations. I guess I am a morning person, also waking up with the first signs of light, so to make my mornings start at a sensible hour, still, I need as close as possible pitch black sleeping room.
